Payment & Terms

STAIRS & RAILINGS ORDERS:

• A 75% deposit is required upon start of project.

DOOR & TRIM SPECIAL ORDERS:

• Full payment is required on all custom products or special orders . No returns on custom or special orders.

LENGTHS:

• All  Stain Grade Mouldings are available in random lengths from 4′ to 16′. MDF Mouldings are set lengths and sizes.

RETURNS/CLAIMS:

All approved returns must be made within 60 days of purchase and are subject to a restocking charge. Only unused, uncut mouldings will be considered for credit. Any claim for damaged goods must be reported within 24 hours of delivery to be considered for exchange or credit.
